How it works
Three steps. Zero excuses.
Pick a stake that actually stings.
It could be $100. It could be $1,000. The right number is the one that makes skipping hurt. Card saved on file via Stripe — not charged upfront. Within platform limits.
Show up. We track everything.
Log your workouts. Hit your weekly goals. The system tracks your completion, your team's completion, and your leaderboard standing — week by week.
Earn your stake back.
Hit the total challenge workout count and you keep your money. Fall short and the unearned portion is forfeited. Simple math, real motivation.
Goals & Stakes
Two layers. One simple rule.
Your stake only cares about one thing: did you hit the total challenge workout count? Your weekly goals are a separate game — that's where the leaderboard and the points live.
Primary goals
The thing you most need to do. The non-negotiable habit you're trying to build. Strength sessions. Long runs. The hard one.
- Same per-workout points as secondary — primaries unlock completion bonuses
- Defines the shape of your week
- You set the number — be honest with yourself
Secondary goals
The supporting cast. Mobility days. Easy walks. Active recovery. Same per-workout points as primary, and they unlock overachievement bonuses too — just on a smaller multiplier than primaries.
- Same base points as primary workouts
- Keep momentum on lighter days
- Overachievement bonuses too — smaller multiplier than primaries
Stakes don't care how
Miss a Tuesday workout? Make it up Saturday. Your stake only checks the total count at the end. Primary, secondary, makeup days — it all counts. The system is human. Life happens.
Weekly goals do care how
Every workout earns the same base points whether it's primary or secondary. Hit all your primaries and you unlock a completion bonus. Push past either tier and overachievement bonuses kick in — primary overachievement pays a bigger multiplier than secondary, but both reward the work. That's where the leaderboard separates serious from steady.

This weekThe chat is the engine
Group chat that actually moves you.
The chat isn't a sidebar — it's where the challenge lives. Workouts auto-share with photos. The coach bot crashes the convo when someone slacks. Polls settle group decisions. Replies thread the trash talk. It's the layer that turns a fitness app into a squad.

Mike. Two missed primaries this week. Team completion just dropped to 68%. Devin is now adding sessions to cover for you. Show up tomorrow or send the squad an apology.

The leaderboard
Your goals. Your leaderboard. Anyone can win.
This is the part people sleep on. Competition is based on your individual goals — not raw workout volume. Someone learning to lift can go head-to-head with an Ironman trainee. Both judged on hitting what they said they'd do.
Do what you said you'd do — you've got a real shot at the top
Points are based on weekly goals, completely separate from your stake
Compete with the squad without comparing apples to weighted vests
Winners earn their stake back like everyone else. No bonus pot — yet. We're working on that.

Why you'll hate-love it
Built to make excuses expensive.
Team Accountability
When you skip, the team's completion percentage drops. Your squad has to do extra to claw it back. They notice.
60/40 Personal & Team
You might be okay losing your own money. Losing your team's is different. 60% rides on you, 40% on the squad — flaking out hurts your friends too. Splits are configurable.
The Coach Bot
An AI that watches the group's progress and drops bombs in the chat when it's earned. The friend you actually need.
Primary & Secondary Goals
Define what matters most each week. Primary goals are the must-do. Secondary are the supporting work. Both earn points.
You Set the Stake
$100, $1,000, whatever number actually motivates you. Within platform limits. Make it sting if you skip.
Real Skin in the Game
Self-funded accountability. Not gambling. Not a wager. Pain with purpose, by design.
Meet the coach
An AI that roasts your group chat into shape.
Real messages, real attitude. The coach watches the squad's completion percentages and leaderboard movement, and drops bombs when it's earned. Tone: configurable. Default: savage.
Coach Bot
"Mike, two skips this week. Team completion dropped 9 points. Your squad is now adding workouts to cover for you. Maybe send a group apology. Or just show up tomorrow."
Coach Bot
"Wow Derek. Another rest day. At this rate the only thing you'll be lifting is everyone else's team percentage."
Coach Bot
"Maya just locked in 5 of 5 primaries. Climbing the leaderboard like rent's due. The rest of you, this is what doing what you said you'd do looks like."
Coach Bot
"Team primary completion: 38%. 4 days left. Two of you can fix this single-handedly. Or all of you can pretend you didn't see this message."
Pick savage, sarcastic, hyped, or supportive. Or turn it off entirely if you can't handle the truth.
